Growth Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Lead (f/m/x) with a strong background in HubSpot to join our innovative marketing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with steering the strategic and operational components of our performance marketing efforts, enhancing our marketing and sales processes, and maximizing the capabilities of HubSpot. This position demands a combination of analytical expertise, marketing acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot's functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine performance marketing initiatives across diverse digital platforms (SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Leverage HubSpot to create, oversee, and evaluate marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
- Assess and interpret campaign performance metrics to ensure return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved, delivering regular performance insights.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to produce engaging marketing materials and content tailored to specific target demographics.
- Oversee and enhance pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword analysis, advertisement copy testing, and bid optimization.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to boost conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage the organization and segmentation of our customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure precise and effective targeting.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales objectives and guarantee a smooth lead transition process.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and HubSpot features, offering suggestions for ongoing enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in managing impactful campaigns.
- HubSpot certification(s) and advanced knowledge of the HubSpot platform.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for effective collaboration across various teams.
- Detail-oriented, emphasizing quality and precision in all aspects of work.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing techniques is advantageous.
