Your Mission

Prepare to make a significant impact as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Carly. You will drive consistent growth across key platforms such as META and TikTok, managing substantial advertising budgets to optimize these channels and achieve impressive results. Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop engaging advertisements, enhance performance across various channels and our website, and meticulously manage Facebook Ad Accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Enhance Carly's Advertising Accounts by developing growth strategies and diversifying customer acquisition across different markets.
  • Work alongside video editors to create visually appealing advertisements that capture attention.
  • Oversee performance across the entire marketing funnel, from acquisition channels to website interactions.
  • Assist in optimizing our TikTok and Facebook Ads while coordinating a comprehensive advertising strategy for a strong presence across all platforms.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and automating connections between our Business Efficiency and Paid Social KPIs.
  • Analyze data and insights, monitor performance, and redefine opportunities in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in social media advertising, particularly on META and TikTok, within an eCommerce or B2C context; familiarity with other channels is advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hands-on campaign management.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for KPIs, eager to delve into daily campaign performance and report findings.
  • Adaptable, proactive team player ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
