The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled User Growth Marketing Specialist to join our User Growth team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through exceptional lifecycle experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute End-user Marketing Initiatives: Manage the creation of assets, including CTAs, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions, driving growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key local stakeholders and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams, and give visibility of your work.
  • Local Trends and Opportunities: Spearhead campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors, and marketing initiatives from other companies.
  • Execution and Project Management: Act as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution in an agile manner.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers, applying strong experimentation skills, testing, and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing & Execution: Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, adeptly crafting tailored programs across the journey using multi-channels.
  • Analytical & Project Management: Strong analytical mindset and exceptional project management skills, optimizing strategies and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Experimentation & Creative Vision: Comfortable with experimentation and proactive documentation of insights, testing, and validating hypotheses locally.
  • Communication, Collaboration, & Autonomy: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to autonomously negotiate deadlines and drive results.
  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Strong problem-solving skills, driving continuous improvement through collaboration and data-driven insights.
