Growth Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Lead (f/m/x) with a strong background in HubSpot to join our innovative marketing team. The successful candidate will take charge of both the strategic and operational elements of our performance marketing strategies, enhancing our marketing and sales funnel, and maximizing the capabilities of HubSpot. This position demands a combination of analytical expertise, marketing acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot's functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine performance marketing initiatives across diverse digital platforms (SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Leverage HubSpot to create, oversee, and evaluate marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
- Track and assess campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI and KPIs are achieved, delivering regular performance insights.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to craft engaging marketing materials and content tailored to specific target demographics.
- Administer and enhance PPC campaigns, encompassing keyword analysis, ad copy experimentation, and bid management.
- Execute A/B testing methodologies to boost conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
- Oversee the management and segmentation of our CRM database to guarantee precise and effective targeting.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to synchronize marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a smooth lead transition process.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and HubSpot features, offering suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a successful campaign management history.
- HubSpot certification(s) and advanced knowledge of the HubSpot platform.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, recognize trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other pertinent marketing tools.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented, emphasizing quality and precision in all tasks.
- Creative problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing techniques is advantageous.
