Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective customers in Digital Dentistry, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Translate customer strategy and priorities into a joint innovation cooperation roadmap, coordinating with internal interfaces to streamline processes and technology.
  • Report directly to company management, monitoring and reporting on sales activities with responsibility for revenue growth and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term account strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new prospects and expand the network by attending external events and conferences.
  • Expand and develop market segments by identifying opportunities and evaluating market potential.
  • Regularly follow up with accounts regarding orders, time schedules, project progress, and gather feedback on improvement areas and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively resolve day-to-day operational or financial issues.
Requirements:
  • Open-minded, dynamic personality with a strong team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently, carefully, and reliably.
  • Interest in software, manufacturing processes, and sales.
  • Studies in economics, industrial engineering, or business informatics (at least in the 4th semester).
  • Good German and English skills.
