Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our DACH region team at Sungrow EMEA. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures for the DACH region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Support the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, driving business growth and success.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive working environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage day-to-day HR issues, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee all HR matters, including new employee onboarding, payroll, HR letters, training, and working visa applications.
- Manage and update employee information, including leave applications, reporting line changes, and function changes, in HR systems.
- Contribute to the annual performance, talent, and salary review process, working closely with EU HR.
- Participate in HR projects, driving business outcomes and improving HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues within EU and China, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong background in labor law and HR best practices, particularly in the DACH region. You will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with a strong understanding of the DACH region.
- Proven experience in HR strategy development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
