About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Technology & Strategy. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our Strasbourg branch in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships.
  • Recruit and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to search for and recruit top talent, conducting interviews and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Business School or Master in Sales or Sales Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of business development and growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent in English (Level C1).
