Job Title: Senior Field Application Engineer Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Application Engineer Manager to lead our European team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Field Application Engineers across Europe, providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the automotive, energy, and mobility industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers across Europe
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the team and improve technical support
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing remote teams
  • Power Electronics or semiconductor experience is highly desirable
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills highly desirable
