About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Field Application Engineers across Europe, providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the automotive, energy, and mobility industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers across Europe
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the team and improve technical support
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations teams
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing remote teams
- Power Electronics or semiconductor experience is highly desirable
- Fluent English language skills, with German language skills highly desirable
