Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Field Application Engineer Manager to lead our European team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Field Application Engineers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers to provide technical support to our customers.
- Develop and grow the existing team by identifying and recruiting top talent.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure maximum conversion rates and fill the design funnel.
- Work closely with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations to drive business growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and develop accurate roadmaps to drive business strategy.
- Deliver or oversee internal and external technical training programs to ensure our team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering with a proven track record of success.
- Team leadership experience, preferably with remote people management.
- Power Electronics or semiconductor experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus, and other European languages are a definite advantage.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a Principal FAE with some management experience who is looking to lead a team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth and success.
