Wir suchen einen (Senior) Manager Tax mit Fokus auf Real Estate für unseren Standort Düsseldorf.
Als Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du verantwortungsvoll und unterstützt den weiteren Ausbau unseres Bereichs Real Estate Tax. Du berätst unsere (internationalen) Mandantinnen und Mandanten zukunftsweisend bei ihren Herausforderungen, u.a. bei der Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung in der Immobilienwirtschaft.
Deine Aufgaben- Strategische Planung von Immobilienportfolios in der Struktur von Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften unter steuerlichen Aspekten
- Transaktionsprozesse von Ankauf bis Unterzeichnung der Verträge
- Steuerliche Gutachten und Beratung im Internationalen Steuerrecht und der Grunderwerbsteuer
- Motivation und Förderung von Teammitgliedern
- Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante steuerliche Praxiserfahrung, idealerweise in der Beratung von Immobiliengesellschaften
- Ein großes Fachwissen im Bereich Real Estate Tax
