We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to join our team at Avaloq. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the AMS Europe team and other stakeholders in various organizational topics.
Key Responsibilities- Support of Budgeting and Forecasting Processes: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Controlling.
- Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks and issues of the AMS Europe team to ensure timely completion.
- Onboarding and Training: Support the onboarding of new team members and provide training on company policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation to support business decisions.
- Auditing and Compliance: Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Goal-Oriented and Independent: Demonstrate a goal-oriented and independent approach to work.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Track Record: Have a proven track record as a Project Management Officer.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office products and have knowledge of English and German to at least B-2 level.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services: Have experience working in the banking and financial services environment.
- Technical Skills: Possess user knowledge of Jira and Confluence, experience with SAP, and relevant certifications such as PMP or Prince 2.
