Position Overview: Manager of Solution Consulting for Strategic Accounts

The Role

We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a (Senior) Manager of Solution Consulting for our Digital Experience division in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide a team of solution consultants to achieve strategic objectives. Technical Proficiency: Possess a deep understanding of Digital Experience solutions and industry trends to offer guidance and support to both the team and Adobe's clientele. Analytical Skills: Demonstrate the ability to assess complex business challenges and devise innovative solutions. Collaborative Spirit: Foster teamwork and encourage knowledge sharing while working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and implementation. Customer-Centric Approach: Commit to understanding client needs and cultivating strong relationships at the executive level.

What You Will Achieve

Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants. Establish strategic objectives and priorities for your team. Encourage your team to embrace new challenges and take informed risks aligned with team goals. Inspire innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with executive partners from our largest strategic clients to highlight the value of Adobe's digital experience offerings. Serve as a key liaison for success across various collaborators in matrix management—sales and customer success. Utilize clear metrics and milestones to ensure accountability for meeting expectations.

Qualifications for Success

Proven experience of 5+ years in leading high-performing teams. Strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and articulating the path to business value through technology transformation. In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and digital experience management. Passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagement. Self-motivated and adept at leading a team in a dynamic environment. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset to build the future through effective customer engagement. Proficiency in English and German.
