Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication link between product management and the development team, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our product strategy.
- Establish and prioritize a product backlog that effectively addresses the needs and challenges faced by pharmacies.
- Exhibit a strong ability to identify market trends, customer requirements, and new developments.
- Articulate features and user stories that motivate the team and enhance pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to produce high-quality software solutions that fulfill pharmacy needs.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager in agile software development, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and familiarity with the SAFe framework.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, enabling clear conveyance of vision and team motivation.
- Capability to translate complex requirements into straightforward user stories that align with pharmacy needs.
