Job Opportunity: Product Owner - Software Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our agile team at ADG Apotheken-Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing customer value and driving the development of our software products.

About the Role:

  • Act as a liaison between product management and development teams to ensure clear understanding of product vision.
  • Develop and prioritize a product backlog that takes into account the needs and challenges of pharmacies.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging developments to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into features and user stories that meet the needs of pharmacies.
  • Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development, preferably in the healthcare/pharmacy industry.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with SAFe framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and concise user stories.
