We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our agile team in the SAFe context. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for maximizing customer value and implementing our product vision. Your mission will be to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging developments, and to develop and prioritize a product backlog that addresses these requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between product management and development team to ensure a clear understanding of our product vision and requirements.
- Develop and prioritize a product backlog that addresses the needs and challenges of pharmacies, and ensures the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging developments, and to develop features and user stories that inspire the team and improve pharmacy processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver software products that meet pharmacy requirements, and to ensure that our products are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Your Ideal Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development, ideally in the healthcare/pharmacy market.
- Solid understanding of agile methods and (ideally) the SAFe framework.
- Excellent communication skills (in German and English) to convey the vision clearly and motivate the team.
- Ability to transform complex requirements into clear user stories that meet pharmacy needs.
