Your Role

In the capacity of SEA Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing search engine advertising strategies that enhance our market footprint and facilitate our expansion throughout Europe. You will oversee significant budgets, spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, and utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance. Your contributions will directly improve our brand recognition and lead generation, which are essential to realizing our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute impactful search engine advertising strategies that align with Plancraft's strategic objectives, ensuring a unified approach to digital marketing.
  • Oversee a substantial marketing budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize lead generation.
  • Take full responsibility for all search engine advertising channels, continuously refining and enhancing tactics to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand lead quality and adjust targeting strategies, ensuring marketing efforts bolster sales outcomes.
  • Enhance and promote the Plancraft brand within the crafts sector.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from €40,000 to €65,000 annually, contingent on your experience.Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEA marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, applying B2C strategies to engage a diverse target audience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt and drive significant results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • A proactive learning attitude, continuously testing new strategies and technologies to remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
