A-ROSA Kreuzfahrten is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to become a part of our dynamic team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of A-ROSA, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience on board.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform nautical and technical tasks on deck
  • Monitor bridges and gangways
  • Maintain and clean the exterior ship area and deck
  • Work with ropes and rigging
Your Profile
  • Completed training as a sailor (sailor's certificate)
  • Ship's service book with Rhine entry or Rhine patent
  • Desirable: initial work experience on a passenger ship on the Rhine and/or Danube
  • Training as a breathing apparatus carrier according to FSV
  • Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
