Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front office operations, and leading a team of receptionists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front office operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead a team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front office area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry and/or course of specialized study.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Micros POS systems desirable.
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, other languages desirable.
  • Experience on board ship desirable.
