Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and managing the front office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front office team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all guests are processed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the front office area, ensuring that it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry and/or course of specialized study.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Micros POS systems desirable.
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, other languages desirable.
