About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at Hotel MOA Berlin and Hotel Heidegrund. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our hotel rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our Housekeeping team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our guests, colleagues, and management team to ensure that we are providing the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Language: Fluency in English and German required.
