Position:
Night Train Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting travelers and offering food and beverage services onboard
  • Conducting ticket inspections and providing information on schedules and fares
  • Serving as the primary contact for passengers
  • Performing administrative duties as required
  • Upon completion of training, transitioning to the role of
Train Supervisor:
Overseeing the train crew and ensuring onboard safety

A Typical Workday:

Your shift begins in the evening as you board the train, helping passengers with their luggage, guiding them to their compartments, and ensuring a pleasant journey.

During the trip, you will check tickets, provide food and drink services, and deliver exceptional hospitality akin to that found in hotels.

As a Night Train Service Coordinator, you remain alert while your guests rest, ensuring a seamless journey, conducting safety inspections, and being available for any inquiries.

Upon reaching the destination, you will have the opportunity to rest at a hotel for a few hours and explore various cities.

In the evening, you will proceed to the next location.

  • Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts
  • Proficiency in German and good command of English
