Site Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom in Braunschweig. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deploy and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site.
- Support Project teams and project managers in executing processes defined in Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including Risk and Savings.
- Coordinate the Project Governance for all projects attached to the site, in coordination with the finance function and the Regional management.
- Closely collaborate with the Projects Managers and lead potential strategic actions and initiatives on active projects.
- Animate the Project Management community, identify and conduct trainings for the project management population.
- Be the main interface for Project Management topics towards Regional and Global organization, working closely with the Site Project Director.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, or relevant.
- Project management experience, as a Project Manager/PMO or engineering.
- Experience with project risk management processes and project controls.
- Ability to navigate and influence matrix organisation and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
- Proficient English and German verbal and writing skills (C1).
- PM Certification (PMP, IPMA or other) will be a plus.
