Site Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom in Braunschweig. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deploy and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the site, ensuring effective project governance and risk management.
- Support project teams and project managers in executing processes defined in the Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including risk and savings.
- Closely collaborate with project managers and lead potential strategic actions and initiatives on active projects.
- Animate the project management community, identify and conduct training for the project management population.
- Be the main interface for project management topics towards regional and global organization, working closely with the site project director.
We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a relevant field, and experience in project management, risk management, and project controls, we encourage you to apply.
