Senior Partnerships Manager

Tent Deutschland is the national coalition of the Tent Partnership for Refugees, a global organization dedicated to supporting refugees through employment and education. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Partnerships Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with existing member companies to support their refugee hiring efforts and deepen their engagement with Tent Deutschland.
- Track and organize activities in Germany, ensuring effective coalition management.
- Oversee the collection of key information and data from coalition members.
- Manage relationships with implementing partners and oversee the implementation of new projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, preferably in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects.
- English and German fluency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skills in both languages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
