Senior Payroll Manager

Main Responsibilities:- Payroll and Service Delivery Management (70%): Ensure timely and accurate data submission to our payroll vendors, plan and assign activities according to payroll calendars, and monitor case volumes and metrics.
- Escalation Management (15%): Serve as the first point of escalation for payroll-related issues and provide support to our EMEA Payroll Manager.
- Vendor and Team Management (15%): Collaborate with our EMEA Payroll Manager to monitor vendor performance, organize work to ensure proper backup structures, and plan for future growth.
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll, finance, or HR operations with cross-country exposure.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in payroll operations, including HRIS and case management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively, build strong partnerships, and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
