Senior Partnerships Manager, Tent Deutschland

Tent Deutschland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing refugee hiring programs with our member companies, as well as managing relationships with refugee-facing organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement refugee hiring programs with member companies, including advising on best practices and providing support for program implementation.
- Manage relationships with refugee-facing organizations, including deepening existing partnerships and building new ones.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to refugee hiring programs, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Director, Tent Deutschland to facilitate Working Group calls and develop training programs for member companies.
- Adapt Tent resources and materials for Germany to provide guidance to companies on refugee hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, international relations, or social sciences.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, ideally in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects.
- English and German fluency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel from time to time within and outside Germany.
- Comfortable operating in a gray or mission-driven environment.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt.
