Senior Partnerships Manager, Tent Deutschland

Tent Deutschland is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our expanding team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. This role will play a crucial part in developing and implementing systems to track and organize our activities in Germany, as well as working with existing member companies on their refugee hiring projects and building strong relationships with refugee-facing NGOs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with select existing Tent Deutschland member companies to support their refugee hiring efforts and deepen their engagement with Tent.
- Advise companies on best practices for setting up successful refugee hiring programs, including structure, locations, and processes.
- Facilitate effective routes to source, recruit, and onboard refugee candidates.
- Provide guidance to companies on overcoming challenges in their refugee hiring efforts, drawing on Tent's expertise and best practices.
- Monitor company progress and provide support as needed.
- Facilitate Working Group calls for member companies and develop trainings on topics related to refugee hiring and inclusion.
- Adapt Tent resources and materials for Germany to provide guidance to companies on refugee hiring.
- Oversee the collection of key information and data from coalition members.
- Deepen existing and build new relationships with refugee-facing organizations to enable the delivery of hiring programs with Tent member companies.
- Expand Tent Deutschland's network of implementing partners.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, ideally in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects.
- English and German fluency is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation skills in both English and German.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to keep track of and juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of policy issues affecting refugees in Germany is helpful but not essential.
- Highly organized with the ability to help design and organize strategic initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Comfort in a gray or mission-driven environment.
- Openness to feedback.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle new challenges.
- Positive, energetic, and collaborative mindset.
- Quick learner able to get up to speed quickly on new topics.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of translating thinking into action plans and output.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and comfortable operating in gray areas.
- Willingness and ability to travel from time to time within and outside Germany.
