About Tent Deutschland

Tent Deutschland is the national coalition of the Tent Partnership for Refugees, a global organization dedicated to supporting refugees through employment and education. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships with member companies and refugee-facing NGOs
  • Manage the collection and analysis of key information and data from coalition members
  • Oversee the implementation of Tent Deutschland's new pilot to test a third-party recruitment platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including member companies and implementing partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, ideally in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects
  • English and German written and spoken fluency mandatory
  • Excellent presentation skills in both English and German
  • Top-notch project management skills
