SAP Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a SAP Compliance Specialist to join our team. With the growing integration of SAP processes within our organization, the need for effective SAP compliance has become increasingly critical. In this role, you will take charge of enhancing processes related to SAP Identity and Access Management, SAP License Management, and SAP Security. As part of the Compliance team, you will play a key role in addressing these challenges, particularly in the context of our S/4HANA transformation initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating solution strategies in partnership with IT departments, while considering global requirements such as IT strategy, architecture, security policies, and license management.
  • Recognizing synergies related to projects and products from an IT solutions perspective, both current and future.
  • Assessing and determining the optimal solution strategy based on cost-effectiveness, resource allocation, and risk management, in line with the business case.
  • Designing and developing solutions and associated technologies for comprehensive lifecycle strategies.
  • Implementing proactive and planning activities aimed at problem prevention, optimizing capacity and availability, and managing stakeholders efficiently.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics or a related discipline.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Security SAP and/or IT Compliance SAP.
  • A thorough understanding of SAP user and role management, as well as contract and license management, alongside a solid grasp of IT security and contemporary SAP trends.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and the capability to collaborate with various departments to create and execute new concepts within SAP environments.
  • A readiness to assume responsibility, demonstrating decision-making abilities, commitment, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, high-level abstraction skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in German and good command of English, with an acceptance of legally mandated reliability checks.
