About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Compliance Manager to join our team at Flughafen München GmbH. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of SAP-based processes in the areas of SAP Identity and Access Management, SAP License Management, and SAP Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for SAP compliance, in collaboration with IT units and taking into account global guidelines, IT strategy, architecture, security policy, license management, resources, etc.
  • Identify and leverage synergies between current and future projects from an IT solution perspective.
  • Evaluate and identify preferred solution strategies in terms of cost-effectiveness, resources, and risks, and consider these in the business case.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle strategies for cross-functional processes and technologies.
  • Take proactive and planned actions to prevent problems, optimize capacity and availability, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Security SAP and/or IT Compliance SAP.
  • Deep understanding of SAP user and role management, contract and license management, and IT security, as well as knowledge of current trends in the SAP environment.
  • Ability to work with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and develop new concepts in collaboration with other departments, implementing them in SAP system landscapes.
  • Strong decision-making skills, high performance, excellent communication skills, and team capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, high abstraction ability, and willingness to contribute ideas to problem-solving.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking, and willingness to undergo a legally required background check.
