About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Compliance Manager to join our team at Flughafen München GmbH. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of SAP-based processes in the areas of SAP Identity and Access Management, SAP License Management, and SAP Security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for SAP compliance, in collaboration with IT units and taking into account global guidelines, IT strategy, architecture, and security policy.
  • Identify and leverage synergies between current and future projects from an IT solution perspective.
  • Evaluate and identify preferred solution strategies, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, resources, and risks, and incorporate them into business cases.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle strategies for overarching solutions and dependent technologies.
  • Take proactive and planned actions to prevent problems, optimize capacity and availability, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
  • Have several years of experience (> 5 years) in IT Security SAP and/or IT Compliance SAP.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of SAP user and role management, contract, and license management, as well as IT security.
  • Be familiar with current trends in the SAP environment.
  • Be able to work with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and develop new concepts in collaboration with other departments.
  • Be willing to take on responsibility, demonstrate decision-making competence, performance willingness, communication strength, and team ability.
  • Have strong analytical skills, high abstraction ability, and be willing to contribute ideas to problem-solving.
  • Have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, and be willing to undergo a legally required reliability check.
