Job Overview

The Sales Consultant is an integral part of a broader team responsible for various operational elements of the sales process, guiding customers and the public through the Experience Center as they explore the comprehensive range of mobility solutions offered by GM. The Sales Consultant will provide insights into GM's products, services, brand, and overall mobility portfolio. By collaborating with local artists, clubs, and businesses, the Sales Consultant will organize events within the Experience Center to engage and attract the community.

As the face of the brand within the local area, the Sales Consultant will represent the business at significant events, networking opportunities, and community gatherings, creating mutually beneficial relationships for both the Sales Consultant and General Motors.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and informed guidance to customers: Educate customers on all facets of Cadillac ownership and facilitate sales through test drives, assisting them in selecting the ideal product configuration and purchasing options. Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the Cadillac ownership experience: Acquire a thorough understanding of product features, sales, and service procedures. Reach out to potential buyers through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of courtesy with a customer-centric approach. Meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives aligned with Cadillac's KPIs to achieve strategic business growth milestones. Mentor and coordinate junior staff, interns, and external promotional teams. Organize and prepare customer deliveries in collaboration with the vehicle administration team. Participate in local events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Provide support for EU-wide deliveries, events, and pop-up initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Outstanding interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, empathy, and active listening abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 4-6 years of experience in automotive, premium/luxury retail sales, or hospitality. Availability to work weekends; flexibility is essential. Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and GM's/Cadillac's offerings. Proficiency in both German and English languages.
