About the Role

This exciting customer-facing opportunity provides a unique chance to guide potential electric vehicle customers and the general public as they explore and purchase their first or next electric vehicle. As a key member of the sales team, you will be part of a larger team responsible for the operational aspects of the sales process and guiding customers through the Experience Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership cycle.
  • Advise customers on product features, sales, and service processes, and convert them into sales by conducting test drives and helping them select the right product configuration and purchase option.
  • Become the key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes.
  • Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy by applying a customer-centric, quality mindset.
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs to meet strategic milestones for business growth.
  • Mentor, onboard, and coordinate junior levels, interns, and external promoter staff.
  • Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with the vehicle administration team.
  • Attend local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales.
  • Support EU-wide delivery, event, and pop-up initiatives.

Requirements

  • Exceptional people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability.
  • Driver's license with a clean record.
  • 4-6 years of experience in automotive, premium/luxury retail sales, or hospitality.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and flexibility.
  • Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products.
  • Fluent in German and English language skills.
