Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics to lead our Compensation & Benefits, and People Analytics functions. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative reward strategies, embedded in our culture and leveraging data analytics to drive informed people decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with GetYourGuide's business goals and culture.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, base salary, variable pay, and equity plans.
- Lead the evolution of the design and management of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage executive compensation packages.
- Oversee the selection and management of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.
- Develop and lead the people analytics function to provide actionable insights to the people team and company leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant rewards-related experience and associated qualifications within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong strategic outlook with intellectual curiosity, a passion for customer-centric problem solving, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to articulate complex analyses and solutions clearly and concisely to leadership and employees.
