We've made significant progress since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017. Our team has grown rapidly, and we've achieved some impressive milestones. Despite global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from concept to market in just five years. Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our future business strategy for INEOS Automotive in Europe. This individual will analyze market trends, think outside the box, and make recommendations for future business development. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and building relationships with potential strategic business partners
  • Establishing business models and ways of working with regional partners
  • Collecting and analyzing market data and making recommendations for market entry plans and routes to market
  • Executing business case analysis and seeking new ways to market
  • Conducting regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models
  • Auditing regional partners' compliance with Grenadier processes and standards

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual with international customer and product launch business development experience. A creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking are essential. Proven track record working in an international business environment, good understanding of global automotive-related trends, especially linked to the 4x4 off-road segment, and strong analytical and negotiating skills are also required.
