Marketing Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Communications Manager plays a vital role within our School Community, contributing significantly to our ongoing success and expansion. This position will collaborate closely with the Head of Admissions to ensure a remarkable experience for both parents and students throughout their journey with St. George's.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing all aspects of communication and promotional activities to enhance pupil recruitment and retention through targeted marketing strategies.
- Acting as a representative of the School, fostering professional relationships with local businesses and community partners to promote mutual growth and elevate the School's profile.
- Engaging with local and regional stakeholders while effectively communicating the School's values and educational goals in an engaging manner.
Given the international nature of our institution, fluency in both English and German, both spoken and written, is essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of the School and build strong relationships with other members of the Leadership Team. It is crucial to involve teaching, administrative, and support staff to ensure the entire school community is engaged in delivering an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
Collaboration with colleagues across the St. George's School Group will also be part of the role, including participation in Regional Admissions & Marketing Meetings as required. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a proactive approach, proficient in digital marketing, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
