Marketing Communications Director

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to drive the success and growth of Allegiance Group. Working closely with the leadership team, you will create a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders from initial inquiry through to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual Marketing Strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Manage the Marketing and Communications Budget, making adjustments as needed.
- Oversee company communications, ensuring consistent brand identity.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and campaigns.
- Organize events in line with the marketing strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with local and national media.
Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience working within the industry is preferred, however, not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
