Deine Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann, der unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickeln und unsere Vertriebsstrategien optimieren kann.
  • Der Senior Key Account Manager wird unsere Kunden aus den Branchen Mobility, Tech und Energy begeistern und nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufbauen.
  • Der Berater wird die Kundenbedarfe analysieren und die besten Spezialisten im Bereich Marketing & Digital vermitteln.
  • Der Leiter wird die Besetzung seiner Projekte verantworten und mit unserem Recruiting Team zusammenarbeiten.
  • Der Experte wird vom Erstkontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Personalvermittlung als Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden fungieren.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Sales, (Key) Account Management oder Business Development in der Personaldienstleistung.
  • Der Berater sollte Erfolge in der Kundenakquise und im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen nachweisen können.
  • Der Experte sollte sich für die aktuellen digitalen Themen interessieren oder eine Affinität zu Tech und Mobility Themen mitbringen.
  • Der Leiter sollte ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten mitbringen.
  • Der Senior Key Account Manager sollte eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchhaltevermögen haben.
  • Der Fachmann sollte über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (mind. C2 Niveau) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau) verfügen.
