About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to lead and manage key client relationships within the automotive seating sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, fostering business growth, and managing the complete seating product line for key accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in seating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management within the automotive industry, specifically focusing on seating systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or management are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.

Preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive seating systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working as a Key Account Manager with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive sector.
