Our team at Infosys in Europe is rapidly expanding, and we are eager to welcome a Director of Client Engagement who is passionate about their work, excels in their field, and is enthusiastic about contributing to our journey. We seek skilled professionals to join our Telecom division, where we have set ambitious goals to enhance our presence in Europe as a key partner for Telecom accounts. To achieve these objectives, we are leveraging our industry-leading solutions to assist our clients in differentiating themselves in the marketplace. We are looking for an individual who can solidify our business development strategy and execute it effectively to meet our targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Director of Client Engagement, you will play a crucial role in various stages of the sales process, focusing heavily on Client Relationship Management and business development (80% Account Growth).
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies, pursuit plans, and business pipelines, ensuring successful conversion of opportunities in collaboration with leadership to meet targets.
  • Manage client relationships, engaging with key personnel and executives within client organizations, while understanding their organizational culture.
  • Present compelling solutions to clients and influence decision-makers to award business based on our capabilities and proven track record.
  • Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to formulate strategies that lead to favorable outcomes.
  • Possess expert knowledge of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contractual processes, understanding their interdependencies with various business aspects.
  • Facilitate client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing strategies, including gain share models and alternative sourcing approaches.
  • Provide essential insights for establishing alliances with relevant product and service vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in cultivating business solutions and managing client relationships within the Hi-Tech sector.
  • Strong expertise in Business Development (focusing on existing accounts), Relationship Management, and Account Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, successfully growing existing client accounts.
  • Experience in engaging and building relationships with C-level and senior client contacts.
  • Solid understanding of the Global Delivery Model and the IT services industry.
  • Experience selling to Hi-Tech customers and organizations, particularly in CIO and Product R&D roles, is preferred.
  • Desirable experience in managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal development and leading proposal presentations.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Diverse experience in IT and business consulting engagements.
  • Experience working with clients in Germany is preferred.
