Position Overview:

The Director of Payment Solutions will play a crucial role in managing the payment processes and liquidity strategies within the organization. This position requires a strategic leader who can ensure the seamless execution of payment transactions while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of payment transactions and liquidity management to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and quality assurance.
  • Lead the Payment Services team, focusing on staffing, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and legal requirements in the financial sector.
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior management, providing insights and updates on payment operations.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the Payment Services unit, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Promote payment products and services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in payment solutions, integrating them into the company’s offerings.
  • Lead initiatives related to project management and organizational change within the Payment Services unit.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent banking qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the banking sector with a focus on payment systems, including leadership roles.
  • Strong background in project management with a track record of successful implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for market engagements and industry events.
