Vicoland is a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the professional services market by introducing Virtual Companies, or 'Vicos', which enable freelancers to collaborate and compete for large-scale projects.

Our innovative SaaS platform provides a comprehensive solution for Vico creation and management, including a marketplace that connects clients with Vicos. With a strong focus on growth, we are expanding our services to new verticals, starting with SAP solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our Partner Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of high-quality Vicos that meet the demands of our clients, particularly in the SAP sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the supply of Vicos, focusing on the SAP vertical and future sectors.
  • Source and manage candidates, identifying and onboarding top talent to build successful Vicos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Vico building and scaling strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Vicos, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of our software toolset and processes to support Vico creation and management.
  • Lead the Vico community, engaging and motivating Vicos to actively participate and grow their businesses.
  • Co-define our overall strategy and set OKRs to drive business growth and impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in professional services, SAP recruitment, or a related field, with a strong background in SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience in client-facing communication.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Strong network in the SAP sector and excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Native German and fluent English language skills.
