Wir suchen einen engagierten und kompetenten HR-Spezialisten, der sich auf die Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Payroll Quality Management Teams bei HR Services Ludwigshafen werden Sie selbstständig und proaktiv Mitarbeiter bei diversen Sachverhalten in der Entgeltabrechnung beraten und als Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stellen fungieren.

Aufgaben
  • Die Daten unserer unterschiedlichen IT-Systeme bearbeiten, Statistiken und Auswertungen erstellen und unsere Partner bei diesbezüglichen Fragestellungen beraten.
  • Aktiv Automatisierungs- und Effizienzinitiativen in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich vorantreiben und dabei einheitsübergreifend mit unseren Spezialisten zusammenarbeiten.
  • Bei spannenden Optimierungsprojekten mitwirken und somit die weitere Entwicklung der Einheit gestalten.
  • Kreative Ideen bei der Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen einbringen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium.
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Reporting, in analyseorientierten SAP-Anwendungen sowie mit MS Office.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
