About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our EMEA team at Sungrow. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for our Service Department teams, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with local HR Business Partners to ensure operational excellence across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Work closely with team leads to understand functional needs and pain points, and develop targeted solutions to improve employee performance.
  • Lead and execute special projects related to employee training, process improvement, and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a coordinator or specialist role.
  • Basic knowledge of the German market and employment practices, with knowledge of other European countries a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to measure progress and impact.
  • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work in a dynamic, diverse, and customer-centric environment.
  • Effective communication and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with German or other European languages a plus.
