Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Team Manager to lead our team of Account Managers in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Major Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed quota responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize Fortinet opportunities and provide value-added solutions to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Work closely with the account managers to maximize the primary business focus and serve as a team leader responsible for the quality and success of activities in the territory
  • Develop and deliver sales and technical trainings to partners and customers to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Build and execute marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds
  • Partner with Fortinet marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth in the region
  • Provide geographic channel coverage for the region and carry quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Extensive technology selling experience with a proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Proven experience managing a team and selling solutions to enterprise customers
  • Experience in the network security industry with a strong understanding of Fortinet products and technologies
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented individual with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen, and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating, and developing teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
