In this role you lead the service organization in Germany with full profit and loss responsibility. You are a managing director and part of the Local Leadership Team for the whole local legal entity. Your purpose is to develop the service organization in line with the global and regional strategy, with a high level of customer focus.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Drive forward the implementation of the global LCS strategy (mainly accelerated growth and customer first strategy)
- Focus on strengthening and establishing Software and System Services in the organization
- Ensure customer delight and achieve service excellence
- Ensure right people with the right competences at the right place in the right capacity
- Centralize and digitalize processes and support functions within the region to improve efficiency and profitability
- Drive and deliver ERP architectural change as part of the global ERP transition process
- Implement new products and services together with the whole organization
- Develop customer service procedures, policies, and performance standards aligned with the Company’s objectives and growth goals
- Drive changes necessary to improve the operating efficiency and organizational effectiveness
- Implement standardized processes
- Define strategic needs in organizational development to make the organization fit for growth

- Be a visionary and inspirational leader for all your employees
- Be a role model for learning culture (growth mindset, learn 2 grow)
- Be a change driver to passionately transform the organization into a digital service organization
- Drive a cross-functional structured approach for integrative working in the whole organization
- Be sparring partner to the Regional LCS Director
- Work closely together with Regional LCS peers to ensure sharing of best practices
- Be member of the German Management Team and work closely together with your colleagues in the team
- Provide close leadership and act as a coach for your local LCS Leadership Team

Ihr Profil
- You have significant senior management experience in a service environment ideally in a technical or IT driven organization with B2B focus
- You have had profit and loss responsibility and are used to steering an organization with KPI´s
- You have successfully led large teams and their managers through change and/or growth processes
- You have transformed service organizations aligning processes and products with digitalization as a main focus
- You have a strong commercial background with very good technical understanding or vice versa
- You hold a Master’s degree; a MBA or equivavelent qualifications gained through long-term professional experience
- You are fluent German and English with very good communication skills
- Experience in Intralogistics is a plus
- Expertise in CRM software, SAP S/4HANA and digitalization is a plus
