DENPAFLUX GmbH is seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Consultant to enhance our sales of EMC compliance solutions and services through technical acumen. This position focuses on recognizing potential clients and managing the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure. The primary objective is to achieve or surpass sales goals while fostering robust client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target new sales prospects through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events, particularly those involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring advantageous terms for both the company and the client.
Post-Sales Support:
  • Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers.
  • Propose customized solutions and service packages to enhance customer satisfaction (upselling).
  • Assess current and future customer needs to inform improvements in DENPAFLUX's offerings.
Administrative Duties and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate customer data and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Assist in financial reporting related to sales to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with the product development team.
  • Support the administrative execution of delivered solutions and services.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Technical Proficiency:
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and tools related to electronic product development.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and convey them effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting services.
Sales Competencies:
  • Previous experience in technical sales, ideally within software or engineering consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Capability to identify customer needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Communication Skills:
  • Relationship-focused, with a keen interest in understanding customer motivations and building lasting partnerships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
