Position Overview: The Technical Sales Consultant at DENPAFLUX GmbH plays a pivotal role in promoting our EMC compliance solutions and services through their technical knowledge. This position is focused on discovering potential clients and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. The primary objective is to achieve or surpass sales goals while fostering and nurturing strong client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target new sales prospects through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events, specifically aimed at companies involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for both the organization and the client.
Post-Sales Support:
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Propose customized additional solutions and service packages to enhance client engagement (upselling).
  • Assess current and future client needs to inform enhancements to DENPAFLUX's offerings.
Administrative Duties and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate customer data and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Assist in sales financial reporting to facilitate strategic sales planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to the product development team.
  • Support the administrative execution of delivered solutions and services to clients.
QualificationsEducational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
  • In-depth knowledge of technical engineering processes and tools relevant to electronic product development.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting services.
Sales Competencies:
  • Prior experience in technical sales, ideally within software or engineering consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Capability to identify client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Communication Skills:
  • Relationship-focused, with a keen interest in understanding client motivations and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
