Legal Administrative Coordinator, Frankfurt

We are in search of a highly driven Administrative Coordinator with over 5 years of administrative experience to provide support to the General Counsel of GS Bank Europe (GSBE) and the Frankfurt Legal Team. Previous experience in assisting executives and managing intricate schedules is crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
Delivering administrative assistance to the Managing Director and the Frankfurt Legal Team Overseeing detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests Organizing internal meetings with senior leadership and key stakeholders within the firm, fostering strong relationships with Executive Administrators across the organization Coordinating both internal and external regulatory meetings with regulators throughout EMEA, whether in person or via virtual platforms Offering support in legal expenditure management and proactively overseeing legal billing for the team Arranging travel plans and processing expense reports promptly Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of firm policies to independently address certain issues Engaging in general administrative tasks and responding to ad-hoc requests as necessarySkills:
